If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.


2. What Products Can Be Returned

 Eligible for Return:

  • New and unused items
  • Items in original condition
  • Products with all tags intact

 Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.


4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all tags, accessories, and inserts

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:
 help@glamey.in our support team will arrange return process within 24-48 hours.(Mon-Sat)

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • A ₹120 doorstep pickup fee will be charged for returns.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

 Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

 Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Please request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • For exchange process, kindly write email to  help@glamey.in our team arrange exchange process within 24-48 hours.(Mon-Sat).
  • ₹120 doorstep pickup fee will be charged for exchange proccess.
